Join us at the 4th Annual Hip Hop Cultural Summit: Art as Activism (10 am – 5 pm) hosted by the Delaware Art Museum. Be sure to get your seat in the autditorium for our hour (1-2 pm) of Super Hero for Peace Awards and the Crowning of the “Queen of Peace.” The entire summit will be an education and celebration of the arts (both tangible and musical). The day will provide exciting entertainment that focuses on celebration, unity, creativity, and recognition. Enjoy the music and dance and discover the roots of Hip Hop as a vehicle for peace and unity.

Statewide community parade celebrating peace and unity:

• Wilmington Street Parade for Peace open to organizations and participants statewide

• Tentative simultaneous Peace Parades in Dealware’s southern counties

Open invitation for Delaware organizations, groups, and community members to join and share their message and the unique ways you promote peace within our communities. We welcome your ideas.
